About

When I first started painting I was only painting either aesthetically pleasing pieces and studies that improved my painting skills. Until couple of years ago I hit a darker path in my own personal life and it completly changed my art for the better. I started painting in vibrant colours and creating even childlike things such as ducks. I used the happiness and colorfullness of my paintings to escape my reality.

Years later I'm in a better situation but creating joyful paintings has stuck with me. From a outer pespective my art might seem just meaningless or pointless. To me my art means having hope in the future and focusing on the tiny positive things in life. I started sharing my art in the first place because I wanted others to be able to feel the same kind on joy and hope in my art. The more I've shared my art with my audience and the more I've connected with people through my art has made me want to pursue a career in arts.

For years I only used acrylic to paint but in the past couple of years I've expanded my work to gouache, water color and even drawing with multiple mediums because it brings me joy and I think its great for my artistic development to use a big variety of mediums.
